i've had this pc for a couple of weeks now, so i'll write a review. Arrived on time - very well packaged. No trouble setting it up. you need to be connected online, though. Haven't used windows 11 before, but it seems to prefer a microsoft online account, rather than a local account. I've set up a local account now, as well, as i don't want to rely on an internet connection being available. I don't play games, but the i5 and rtx4060 should be good enough for smooth 1080p, and probably 1440p gaming, even with some ray tracing options. Much faster than my old pc. Very good value, with 1.5Tb storage across 2 drives, rtx4060 8gb card, 32gb ram

Pros - well packed, external boxing and internally (padding inside the case). Delivered on time. Hardware installed matches the description. Software used so far, seems to work okay. Cons - backplate for usb ports not aligned correctly, rendering one useless. Generic user manual, good enough to get the PC up and running. But diagrams not for specific build.

I'm a heavy Blender user, so I bought this for 3D modelling. I went from an RTX 2060 laptop with 16gb RAM to this RTX 5060 with 32Gb RAM and it's blown me away. Rendering a simple pine scene on the laptop took 12 minutes and on this it took 35 seconds, a huge improvement. My only fear is the case is all glass and as pretty as that is, I do concern about it even taking a knock. My only complaint, which is still thankfully being resolved is the remote I received didn't work. They kindly sent me another one and this one worked but I couldn't access the battery as the release thing wouldn't budge. They've sent me a third and this one I can access the battery, but it doesn't do anything to the lights! I'll be contacting them again tomorrow and hopefully I can get a remote that both works and I can replace the battery when needed. Overall, over the moon with this pc. ***UPDATE I had problems with several remotes they sent me and after 4 they eventually helped me to fix the problem. Excellent product, excellent customer service.

Great PC, looks easy to upgrade and love the lights. Son is over the moon with it as its so kuch more powerful than his old PC, present for his 18th. When opening we found one of the fans had split, contacted the seller and they sent us a replacement within 2 days and it is now fixed. Very disappointed- arrived not working properly. Graphics card that I paid extra for wouldn’t support a second screen and not worth the money. Pros- Looks great, son was delighted, leds can be changed to suit mood and games. Set up was easy as just running windows 10. Graphics card is ok, went for the nvidia card and it handles bog standards games well. Help desk responded quickly to my message and offered advice and follow up Cons- build quality is awful and no quality control - had to open up and plug in power supply for leds before they would work. Took 20 mins to unknot them as they had just been shoved in a gap between power supply and mother board. I was expecting a few issues with drivers being outdated, but currently unable to play a number of games as they will not load due to graphics issues - beyond my skills set, nothing obvious. Hopefully will be able to update when gaming is able to commence and son stops nagging me to fix it!

I wanted to wait long enough to review and I think 4 months is safe enough to say this is a great pc! Everything about with was easy from the get go. Was already setup and ready to use. Case and lights are nice and remote is easy to use too, though I am undecided whether to put it in my old case or not. Pc performs as it should with reasonable low temps. Only negative was the wireless card, under normal use most likely be fine for everyone else, I found it a little slow for my Internet, 1 antenna broke on the 2nd day, however I replaced the card for a faster one that also had a bluetooth function, which likely I would have done regardless of it breaking or not. Thanks for a great product with good value for the price paid.
