Original Manufacturer screens and Desk top: Dell Condition: Not a mark on any item Set up: simple. Even adding external printers. External hard drive. External speakers. No problems encountered at all. Speed: As a new unit it is very acceptable for my Club use as Secretary. Clarity of Monitors: perfect It's a bargain at the moment. Had it up and running for two days. All software is performing correctly and no problems have occurred. The cost is defiantly a bargain when you look at what you were paying for self build and shop purchased units back in the 80s and 90s. A laptop was £1000 a desk top well most expensive one I purchased was £1200. If it packs up after 18 to 20 months I will replace the base unit. The keyboard and mouse are lightweight but does that matter? No they are USB and work perfectly. My own speaker's external hard drive and 2 printers have been connected with out a hitch and are powered well by the internal software. Overall a bargain. Only two days old and will get some hammer. I will report again if any problems occur with performance and after sales. Five stars as it is now. Thanks guys. Just perfect for my need. Took a chance on this and maybe an element of lottery about what you get but my experience is positive. Bought it for the dual monitor and stand with brand new keyboard, mouse, WiFi dongle plus the i5 Dell a bonus. The monitor are HP 2306x - this was good quality office grade in it’s day with DPort, VGA and DVI inputs- no HDMI but the do supply 1 DPort cable and 1 DVI which obviously works fine with the Dell supplied but you may need some adapter cables if plugging into HDMI on your device. You can tell the monitors have hardly if at all been used and the Maison & White stand is brand new. Had some issues with the stand as the there was insufficient grip between the monitor arms and column to hold up the arms under the weight of the monitors- but found a bit of Velcro sticky tape lining the inside of the bracket sufficiently narrowed the diameter to enable the arms to secure a firm grip when tightened- this however needs attention. The Dell I don’t need but have put away as a spare- again looks like a decent piece of kit with lots of connectivity- with a bit of extra ram and hard drive it should fly- given i5 is still a popular processor, you are not buying redundant tech. Overall well worth the money. It’s not the latest thing but with exception of the monitor stand it’s all decent quality and in good condition.

Product as described, monitors had some scuff marks but that’s expected with refurb and the price, one of the nuts to assemble the monitor had no thread on it so had to use my own, but all in a good product and makes it easy to do what I need!

Do not buy this computer. The monitor arms was unable to support the monitors. I had to buy a new one. Now less than 2 months later it has stopped working. Windows is not coming on and it’s not repairing itself. The sellers are useless. They want me to send back all the PC parts in order for them to fix what is a CPU problem. Plus you have to pay for the postage and packaging. It’s not worth your time, effort and money to send this junk pack. I would not recommend this product. It has cost me so much stress from Amazon and the sellers.

Wanted this double screen desktop to be able to work from home when required, on standby etc. I was a bit worried about buying something refurbished as I never had before, and didn’t want to spend too much money for a pc set up when I had a laptop and can’t re-claim the cost back from work. However! This is a fantastic set up and just what I needed!!!! So happy with this is an understatement as it’s made my working home life sooooo much easier.(cheaply) It was delivered by DPD well insulated in its box and couldn’t slide about. The monitors were 22” acer and work brilliantly with no flicker. The stand is strong and sturdy and brand new. The key board and mouse is cheap but does the job. The DELL hard drive is not SSD but doesn’t slow up anything I need it for. (Not a gamer so can’t comment on that) You also have the option for 3 year extended warranty which I took out just for piece of mind. People who have written bad reviews have been very unfortunate and/or in my opinion blagged that it has arrived damaged and had accidentally damaged it their self. (Who would sell something knackered?) It practically looks brand new with no real signs of wear.

Mum needed a newer PC seen this on Amazon and thought why not. It is what it is a recondidtioned PC and arrived in a good condition. I have the software to bring it back to what she requires. A technian looking at the other PC and even putting some newer parts in could easliy amounted to over a £100.

First, I was surprised by this product. It seemed very cheap for what it purported to be but it does what it says on the packet. I am very pleased with the purchase. The only thing that gets it 4 stars and not 5 is that a level of technical experience is required to assemble and install. Yes, it is 'used' but not to any significant extent. DPD delivery was immaculate as always.
