This product is superb. I see a few negative reviews which were from a long while ago now, but I also see loads of the positive ones too - I was a little bit hesitant but thought I’d give it a go. Seen a review that it was possible to return the item too so if it did have any faults I could return it back. I took the chance to find to my knowledge this is a great product especially with value for money. I know there’s a few complaints on here about some minor scratches or some slight damages, but what do you expect with a refurbished product? However, mine was perfect. I didn’t find any scratches or dents or nothing. The monitor that came with it was great! (I know the picture shows two monitors the ASUS one is my monitor). It also made it easy for me to plug in another screen as the monitor they provided has a VGA port only, and my monitor is HDMI port, so I have them both running at the same time as double screens which is so handy for my work. I only got this as a cheap pick up for working from home, and it has done me so much justice! Windows 10, and personally I think it’s a lot faster than a crappy Windows 10 laptop I had. Downloads and installations are fairly quick. Installing the PC was really easy, didn’t need instructions to wire it all up. However I read some bad reviews on the mouse and keyboard - Unfortunately I never tried the keyboard and mouse myself. The keyboard was I think a “Logitech” one. I decided to buy my own keyboard and mouse as I liked the light up idea 😊 But if your having doubts - I’d definitely recommend this product. I didn’t want to shell out loads for a better PC that does the exact same thing. It’s been 2/3 months since I’ve had it now, and still running. I hope some of you have found my review helpful. This really was a game changer for me, but can’t promise it’ll be the same for everyone.

Ok, I think I should start off this review by saying the description of the item was wrong because it said it comes with a 1000GB hard drive but once I got the item and checked, It was only 500GB which was kind of a let down. But apart from that this item turned up fully working and packaged well, I set it up and tested it out and I was shocked on how fast this tiny PC ran because it lightning fast and I was enable to stream and play cloud games just fine without a graphics card installed. I even tested out streaming to Twitch and Youtube and it streamed to both platforms just fine and I'm pretty happy with my order so far because it does everything I need it for. The screen is nice and big but sadly it's only VGA and it wasn't a Dell monitor, The monitor I got was a NEC which is just as good I guess, As for the keyboard and mouse and WIFI Adapter they feel cheap but I can easily upgrade them later on with better ones. All and all it's great for the price and if you buy the right graphics card you can turn this into a a nice low budget gaming PC which I have now done thanks to video's I've seen on YouTube.

I paid £75 for a pc, monitor, keyboard and mouse. It also came with a wifi dongle! To be honest, I really only needed the pc, I wanted one with 1TB and this was the only one I could find, so I got the bundle. When I set it up, it was blue, blue screen, blue print. I contacted the seller and they were pretty quick at getting back to me. They said to send it back but I explained I had the bundle sent to an address in UK then got it sent from there to Ireland so it really wasn't worth returning it to the UK. After the weekend, they got back in touch and said to make sure the VGA cable was connected properly and tightened. Well that got rid of the blue - but now I had a green tinge. It was definitely better than the blue though and I could at least use the pc. I looked on youtube on how to get rid of the green tint and nothing worked so back to looking at the VGA cable. I figured if I got a new cable and tried it, it could work and if it didn't - well the pc could still be used and I could put up with the green for a while. Reader - it worked! Now I have a fully functioning pc with Windows 10 plus a spare monitor, keyboard and mouse! I would have no hesitation in getting another renewed pc from Amazon.

Lieferung eine Woche früher wie zugesagt, Die Verpackung war so schlecht, dass der mitgelieferte Bildschirm gebrochen ankam. Nach mehrmaliger Reklammation und 5 übersandten Fotos wurde ein gebrauchter Ersatzbildschirm geschickt. Die mitgelieferte Tastatur war ohne Umlaute, also für Deutschland nicht geeignet. Der PC war in Englisch konfiguriert und hatte noch Daten vom Vorbesitzer im Papierkorb. Die Anschlusskabel hatten englische Stecker. Die HDMI Kabel wurden mitgeliefert, doch leider hat der Monitor keinen HDMI-Anschluss. Das CD Laufwerk war nicht verschraubt und verschwand bei erster Benutzung im Innenraum. Offensichtlich ist die Graphikkarte defekt, weil Win 10 den Bildschirm nicht scharfstellen konnte. (Mit 3 verschiedenen Bildschirmen ausprobiert!). Der WIFI Stick hat nicht funktioniert. Einzig die mitgelieferte Maus war in Ordnung. Der Händler hat nach mehrmaliger Reklamation das Geld zurücküberwiesen und seitdem warte ich auf ein Rücksende-Ticket. Die telefonische Hilfe von AMAZON ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Ohne diese Hilfe wäre wohl gar nichts passiert. Dafür der eine Stern. Fazit: Nie wieder ein gebrauchter, generalüberholter PC !!! Aber ich bin selber Schuld, denn 200;-- inkl. Versand aus England hätte mich stutzig machen sollen.
