On delivery I was impressed with the speed of this laptop. After a month or so I intermittently lost laptop speakers after moving the screen. This led me to believe that there was a loose connection. I then noticed that the laptop case would flex when moving it. I then noticed cracks developing in the case. I then starting getting regular blue screen of deaths but the laptop would restart successfully. I contacted customer support who have agreed to replace the laptop. Unfortunantly, I have been away from home for a number of months so have not been able to send the laptop back. Last week the laptop refused to boot and was stuck on the jumper logo. This indicated a SSD drive failure. A lot of data has been lost. I still hope to get the laptop replaced.

I recently bought the Jumper 15.6-inch laptop, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. It comes with 12GB RAM and a total of 640GB storage (512GB SSD + 128GB eMMC), which makes it fast and spacious enough for everyday use. The Intel 5305U processor handles tasks like web browsing, Office work, and streaming without issues. The HD display is decent for its price range, and the battery life (5000mAh) gives me around 5 to 7 hours, depending on what I'm doing. It’s lightweight and portable, and the included UK keyboard film is a nice bonus. A big plus is that it comes with Office 365 pre-installed, which is perfect for both students and business users. While it's not made for gaming or heavy-duty tasks, it’s a great budget option for study, work, or daily use. Overall, a great value for the money.

It was easy to switch on and the software loaded itself. However owing to the length of time since it was loaded there were a lot of updates and the software kept giving me a message that it was looking for a repair and switching off. There was no help support over the weekend but to be fair here they were back to me first thing on Monday morning. By this time I had been switching it back on for the best part of two days when it suddenly did everything right and I haven't looked back. The screen is good quality and for what I want it performs very well. It is good value for money. It comes loaded with Windows Office personal version and I already have a family version on the other laptop. In case anyone is concerned about this the system automatically asked me whether I wanted to continue with the personal or whether I wanted to credit it against the next renewal of the family one. It's lightweight and quite quiet running. I am very pleased with it. I thought that I might need extra memory but I have found that for what I want it is working fine. i would recommend it.

I got one the other day. The charges does not fit correctly as it does not sit into the charging point so it does not charge the battery.. it has windows 11 but not stickers on the laptop to say so.. There are no codes for the windows package no docs or nothing. Not happy I cannot even turn it on asked for refund and they should come and pick it up on Monday ???¿

I bought this laptop a few days ago and so far I’m really happy with it. The 12GB RAM makes it run smoothly, even with several apps open, and the mix of SSD and eMMC storage keeps things quick while giving enough space. The screen is decent for everyday use, and Office 365 being included is a nice bonus. Battery lasts around 4–5 hours depending on what I’m doing, which is fine for my needs. It’s not a high-end machine, but for studying, work, and general use it does the job well.
